BADAM, ALMOND NIB

Almond nibs are specially prepared skinned almonds, cut into many pieces that are roughly 2mm square and shaped like nibs.  Almond nibs can be used as a baking ingredient in recipes, a baking decoration, a topping on ice-creams or salads or even as a snack if preferred.
